Harry Ide is an Associate Professor, where he has been teaching since 1993. With a primary area of specialization in Ancient Philosophy, he dives deeply into the intellectual heritage of the classical world. His expertise extends to Medieval Philosophy and Logic, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the evolution of philosophical thought across different epochs.
Prior to his current position, he served as an Assistant Professor, where he began his academic journey. his dedication to research led him to King's College London, where he worked as a Research Assistant under Professor Richard Sorabji, contributing to the translation of ancient commentaries on Aristotle.
Harry is also fluent in Greek, Latin, French, and German.
