The Department of Philosophy is pleased to host the Midwest Epistemology Workshop (MEW) at UNL for their 13th annual meeting. MEW will be held in the Bailey Library, room 229 of Andrews Hall, on October 11 and 12 from 9:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. All attendees must register.
The Midwest Epistemology Workshop aims to advance interest in epistemology by organizing an annual workshop for the presentation and discussion of current work in the field. MEW also aims to establish a sense of community among epistemologists in the region that stimulates new research, improves its quality, and facilitates its dissemination. The workshop will be organized to encourage discussion and interaction and all philosophers with an interest in epistemology are encouraged to attend.
